On 16^th of February 2018 Museums and galleries of Konavle organised a public presentation of project Dispersive museum Konavle. The presentation was held in the building of Matica hrvatska in Gruda. The project refers to the large terrain study of ethnographic material from Konavle region located in the private collections. The aim of the project is to document and curate the private collections as well as to help owners to maintain their collections and items and offer them conservation guidelines. The whole project will be concluded in a unified digital collection that will be available for everyone, in museum on demand, which would surely bring new insights to the comparative study of ethnographic material in Konavle. Throughout the project the improvement of the conditions of the displayed items in private collections in the region will be ensured.
