Web platform PROEUVERB - Proverbs Presentation and Reflections, Similarities and Differences across EU countries, is a product of the Erasmus+ project in which the Museums and Galleries of Konavle participated as a coordinator, thus being the first museum in Croatia participating in an Erasmus+ program. Partners from Finland (Adult Education Centre of Järvilakeus) and Portugal (Epralima, Escola Profissional do Alto Lima) also participated in the project. The idea of the project was to compare the values of intangible heritage in three European countries through proverbs and to explore the usage of proverbs in education.

The final product of the project was this platform. It’s available in four languages, which gives it a great opportunity for visibility among future users. Proverbs are divided thematically into several groups: seasonal, men and women, behavior agriculture, and health. Along with the proverbs collected from 3 countries, there is also a Multimedia browser, which contains various videos on the topic of proverbs in order to better contextualize collected material.

The web platform was created by the Link2 company from Zagreb, and the visual identity is signed by Nora Mojaš, a designer from Dubrovnik.
